If those were found in association with the ones you also posted, I think they are possible concretions, origin material is probably marine based mudstone and silica.

First set looks totally different than these, different rocks but similar deposition (I hope that makes sense), Ive seen rock like that in Kentucky just south of Louisville. I assume its limestone bedrock there.

Probably DIY trot-line sinker weights. When the lake dried up I found several blobs of lead with nails and wire through them, window weights, horse shoes, spark plugs... Anything that will sink.
