Any Ideas 1926 piece ??

What is it ? I found a square buckle or pin in a soccer field with my ACE250.
The markings read:
Southern Medical Association
Atlanta 1926
Stone Mountain (and also has an etching of stone mountain)
I read that The SMA did meet in 1926 in Atlanta, no idea what the piece is though.

You have the top piece to a convention medal. That section usually held the name of the member. Below it on a ribbon was a medal of some type. Go back and find the rest of it.. Oh & welcome aboard!!

It's the top portion of a "delegate" or "convention" medal... prolly with ribbon

I did some looking and could not find an exact sopy, but I'm possitive that's what you have.
