What is the artist's name shown on the base of the right facing pic?

I thought it was where the bottom clip was and now it is missing. Maybe it is a signature though.?.??

I don't have a clue, but they are sure interesting! It looks like they clipped on to something, I googled Roman And Greek Soldiers with serpents on the helment but didn't find anything close enough to report back to you. I will be back if I find anything. Nice find

Judging by the size and the 2 clips, I think it is decor for a fireplace screen. Of course the pic below is not the soldiers, but you get the idea. Really neat find Breezie
