Any idea what this is? (If it's even anything)

Found this while hunting along a river. Just curious if anyone has seen anything like it before? It was along the river bank in an area where Native Americans lived, but I'm not convinced it's even from that era. It's some sort of stone, very pale green/blue and while shaped as triangle, not all sides are perfectly symmetrical. Somewhat close, but definitely not symmetrical. Thought it could be Native American, because of location, but couldn't find any information or other examples like it. If anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate it.

Looks like polishing media for taking burrs off metal machined parts. They are dumped after wearing like that.

Haha, thanks! I figured it was something like that.

I've got another one for you guys. Found this along a river. Interested in your thoughts. I'm assuming it's a geocaching of some sort, but let me know if anyone thinks otherwise. Thanks again, I appreciate the help & expertise!image.jpegimage.jpeg

The first one is tumbling media like stated above and the second is formed by natural erosion. Neither are artifacts.

Thanks Grim Reaper, that's what I thought.
