✅ SOLVED Any idea what this disk is?

We found this metal detecting on an island in Boston Harbor - any ideas? It measures 2 1/4 inches. The small stamp appears to be a lower case h with a crown over it. Thanks!

"h" with crown over it looks like monogram (Royal Monogram) of Prince Haakon of Norway.

Here's some others................ weights
Could be real early I belive the H is for the cipher of Henery VIII trade weights with crown over H

it sure looks similar to the one on this page, but the crown is a bit off. The h is the same. You were right, it looks like a trade weight for sure- THANKS!!!!
