Any Idea what this belonged to or what it is?

I was bored and detecting my bermuda triangle of a lawn today and found this. It looks old and my house was built in 1900. I have found 1700s-current stuff here. Any Idea what this may be or off of? I took the best pics that I could. I need a Yoda to teach this young Jedi what he has found It is Magnetic. Found in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania

probably off a tractor or some kind of machinery, is that rusty screws coming through each corner?

Yes but no ends on the top of the screws for a screwdriver. No phillips head or flat head just flat.

It's a bearing plate that was mounted to wood for a shaft or handle to go through. Some of my older shellers and grinders have those. Those look like rusted wood screws. Tony
