The square cluster rock looks like stained pyrite

Dirtmuffin, looks like volcanic ejecta, not too far from the event, due to the size of the broken rock contained within. Assuming you collected all these specimens in the same area the top right is a fossilized plant buried during the eruption, looks like a reed of some sort, The crystals, I don't know, but formed after the material was laid down, most likely from dissolved minerals leached from the rock by weathering.
