I will give you my "opinion", so if I am wrong hopefully some one will speak up. Those look like post civil war bullets, probably modern black powder loads.

This bullet was sold as a modern three ring Minie ball, what you have has a different grove in it, but your bullets look to be fired.

They almost look like unfired British Snider Enfields. They might be if there is a flat round wooden base inside them. What throws me off though is that flat nose on them. I have dug round nosed and hollow point Sniders.

Size is very important. I have hand loaded 38's with bullets that look a lot like that. But without measurements to 1/1000 of an inch, your guess is as good as mine.

they are roughly 1 long by 5/8 of an inch in diameter.

They look like modern black powder rounds to me. They still have some shine to them plus the design is a giveaway.

With those measurements , I def, have to agree More Modern Black Powder . 1960-70's Y'all Think?:dontknow:
