Hi I could use some help I.D.ing this it is 9" tall and 2 3/4 dia. If you look you can see a small indention in its Bottom lip and a crease as if it fit and then twisted into a holder, I'm thinking maybe a seed holder for a planter, But what kind? The reason is I know where about a dozen are in a bottle dump dating around post WW II, and think I may have something of Ebay value here for a Farm implement collector, Any help would be appreciated. Thank you T.C.

I have seen similar glass in churches and places that people lost love ones.Candle wax is poured inside with a wick. Here in California Mexican Catholics burn them at sites where car accidents occur or anywhere someone dies.Just a guess :) AA

Well I thought so also AA, except for the indentions in the bottom, all the glass items at the dump have identical indentions as if for a mechanical reason, So now I am note thinking Candle here. There is also a 10 : stamped on the bottom

the dimple could be an indexing mark or to keep the glass from turning as a lid or label was applied.
