Any help with another etching signature a weird one

The title is "flesh of his flesh and twice the fool" the first name is george I can't make out the last name. Weird one

That is one strange piece of art, not sure if I get what he was meaning......he was probably "out there" when he came up with it.

That is art it can make you feel,think,wonder, ask why or what for........that is why it is one of my favorite things
