✅ SOLVED Any guesses on these silver spoons made with middle-eastern-looking coins?

Got these at an antique store years ago but have never identified them. The "bowl" portion looks to be some kind of Middle Eastern coin. There's "1312" on it, which may be our year 1894 (based on my Wikipedia search). Any idea what coins these are, and if there's any value other than just silver? The "coins" are roughly the size of a US quarter.

Added: There is no discernible detail on the stamps you see on the reverse image.

i try read description in arabic not very well because i just can read if have harakat , i try asking my friend what they say about it ..

Thank you guys! After glancing at the first website, the coins look to be some denomination of the Morocco Dirham.

Isn't the 6 point star the "Star of David"? I've never been in a Jewish Synagogue, but maybe those are used for religious purpose. Such as, baptizing?
