This Indian is completely toasted. Believe it or not, it was way worse than this when I found it. All I can make out is an "8". Anyone have better eyes?

Played with the pic on some of my photo editing programs and I'm pretty certain that fourth # is an 8 as well. But the third is just too damaged. So it's an 18?8.
