Found along the riverbank of a 1700s fort but may not be that old . . . Thoughts?

This first one interests me the most. A square hand-forged pin of some sort driven through a thin piece of copper.

Scott David - Copper strip could be a grounding wire for lightning rods? Too thin? Clearly a TOP (thing of purpose).

Thanks for the thoughts guys - an end to the fort riverbank hunts. Police informed me that it’s off limits now
