The book you want is Digging Deeper with the DFX by Jeff Foster I picked up off Jimmy Sierra's web site for I think 24.95 and shipping it has 120 pages with very informative charts and graphes tells you exactly what it takes to go deeper and a lot more you won't be disapointed with book
