It was found in Memphis, TN. I wish I had more information and pictures. I've been comparing it to things with no success. So, I just stuck it up here with the hope someone might recognize it.

Looks like it may be made of an old rubbber material? May have been covered with a cloth?, and is filled with beads of some sort.....childs toy, early bean bag[emoji780]

It is not metal. They did say it was flexible.
