✅ SOLVED Any Clue?

While digging a drainage ditch in my yard I uncovered this about 8 inches down. I have NO clue what it is and searches online have led me nowhere. At first I thought it was metal, but after cleaning it up the texture almost feels like clay or porcelain - when tapped with a fingernail it makes a high pitch "ping" sound. Any help is appreciated as it's driving me crazy trying to figure this one out.
