Poked around a mid to late 1800’s building site, has been a farm field for the last 100 years… to the best of my knowledge… so that’s the two options of what it may be related to but I’m not sure what it is. My only guess would be a pump component, the three holes an intake and a small hose attached to the back? Might be a step over a hunk of iron but ive never found anything like it and my mind keeps wondering what it is.

Bonus item probably not worth its own post, compared to other items, one side is relatively rust free and has a definite shape… other odd bit is the alligator type texture. Also an odd bump maybe a J? Would love to know what it is but don’t have high hopes

Gonna take a WAG at the first one.

In looking at it, the three holes look like they are there to restrict flow, and
the other end has a hole like a nozzle.
