found this at a old home site, does anybody know what it is, it's about the size of a nickel and has the knurls on the edge like a coin, and says made in US of America.

Gave it a long Google search, looks like a token of some kind. Any other wording on it?

No , no other wording , its copper, and was found in a two pen log cabin site.
