Antique Silver Spoon?

I found this in my great grandmothers silverware and found this. I know it's silver but I'm not sure if it's just silverplated. It has a c in a diamond, A s in a shield and a p in a square. Does anyone know how old it is and what it's worth. Thanks in advanced!

That mark was used by Sears on pieces of their Camridge Silver Plate (CSP), so yes it's plated
