Probably from the 70's my Mom used to sell some like that, they were mass produced it could be turquoise or a synthetic turquoise.

Definitely Navajo style and lack of markings leads me in that direction. Like Back-if-Boat said, they cranked these out by the thousands (sometimes in near sweatshop like conditions) and they were the sold at trading posts on and near reservations during the hay day of the family road trip vacation in the middle of the last century.
