Antique Popcorn Machine?

I came across this at an estate sale today and was hoping for help to identify it prior to purchasing. I was told it is a popcorn machine but I have looked and looked and cannot find anything like it online. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

It's a Cretors steam engine, used in early popcorn machines.It's just the engine, not the machine. Tony

I think it's a Kingery as it has a plaque with it but it's not attached to it...what is the other piece...boiler? And the large ball that attaches to it?
