antique Honig watch help

This watch was recently acquired from an estate. It appears to have small rubies. The brand is Honig, but I can't find anything about the brand. I was hoping if someone could tell me what it is? and its value?

Perhaps it says Konig? (German for King). Not that I can find anything about that brand either. Photos of the back and, if possible inside, would help determine some sort of value estimate. But as it stands I'm inclined to think they aren't rubies but perhaps garnet or other semi precious stone, or even Czech glass.

pop off the back...thin blade knife, small tab located on back, near the mounting for the strap...gently pry, there is the important information.

Thank you for the advice on popping off the back. I popped it off, and this is what I got.
