Hey awesome,

What makes you think this a pendant? The 4 holes lead me to believe it a decorative monogram plate for something Victorian.

You didn't give us any size reference, nor background of the estate...

I think Surf is right. The lack of hallmarks indicate that it isn't jewelry

Yeppers, I agree with Surf. Since it is monogrammed, I'm thinking it could have been on a wooden stationary/letter box. Writing was such an art form during the Victorian period . . . . and to think today, we TEXT! (Rollin' eyes!)
