I found this antique combine in the woods today (I think that's what it is). Any idea as to how old and the manufacturer? Any help would be appreciated.

It's a very tired manure spreader.

and here's here's one in use.

Your find probably dates to the 20's or 30's, mostly because of the hard rubber tires. Makes me think after 1900 because it's not made of wood, and the wheels and tires make me
think before WWII.

Someone would pay for that as yard art.

Yup, I was actually thinking about finding a way to drag it out of the woods or maybe just take off a few parts. I really like those wheels. They would definitely make great yard decorations!

Please dont scrap it. Sell it...give it away... or just leave it there.

I like it, I think it looks historic and cool, but the concept of yard art is not yet universally accepted, and depending on where you live, it could more likely be classified as a code violation.

I wouldn't scrap it. It's been there for so long, it's probably best to just leave it alone. But those wheels are really cool...

I am certain you could sell it to an Amish farmer. they would restore and use it. I would bet they would come and retrieve it also.
