This was recently found in the woods. It is a child and at the top of the head, there looks to be a coin slot. I was hoping if someone could tell me what this is? and what it is worth? Thank you.

What is it made out of and will it clean up any?

It will clean up i just havent had the chance to clean the dirt off. The material appears to be a rubber or plastic.
