I found this spoon bowl last week and today I found the stem. I'm not sure if they are the same piece. I found them about 200 feet from each other. I was reminded of this recent thread, but I doubt this would be a salt or sugar spoon:

I found these pieces at a rural farm site. I have found only very utilitarian things there. Farm made items, basic pottery and no coins except 1 large cent. These are less than one half mm in thickness. The spoon bowl is fairly large though. Small serving spoon size.
(and I just noticed all that debris on the cloth in my pics is from when I took a picture of the Burning Bush sprig. I'll wash it now )
