Found another old silver spoon today. Just so happened to be another European Loth standard silver from the mid-1800's. Spoon is big and stamped '12' for 12 Loth - a silver standard only used prior to 1860s in Europe. 12 Loth =75℅ silver. Likely originated in Eastern Europe. Poland or Romania. This time had to pay for it at a yard sale - a whole 25 cents! This makes 3 Loth-silver-standard silver spoons in 3 days, two from trash one from yard sale!
