This cat was caught at the lake in the park that I got my silver quarter at the other day........whew. What a mouthful ;D. It weighed in at 9 lbs. Tomorrow evening it will be the star attraction at a homeless person's dinner table and he said he will share with his other friends. I don't know what's better eatin', cat fillets or hot dogs? Just thought I'd picture some of the other kind of pictures I take.

Nice catch! I used to use hotdogs for the cat bait myself back in the day.Even nicer for you to feed some needy people with it, good going!

Good you put your shoe in the pic for size ref.
How do you give a fish to a homeless person?
Where are they gonna cook it? :icon_scratch:

nice catfish. they love chicken livers too.

pour off the blood and livers from the tub into a baggie (ziploc)
add 3 table spoons of table salt add 1/2 cod liver oil
mix in the bag either let it sit out PU or fridge it
to keep the livers on the hook (so the fish have to eat it)
use a square piece/s of a pantyhose for a small pouch
then use twist ties wrapped around the top of the hook it to hold it all in place

I use just plain old chicken livers tied up in old nylon toes. Since we have homeless people in this huge park, that are very inventive, (they actually have discovered fire) ;D. And they make good use of the grills in the park. Or a small open fire on the concrete grill pads. I have seen them hand lining for fish in the many lakes in this park. Because we have normal litterbugs here also that leave hunks of line, loose hooks and broken off floats around the lakes, and if I was homeless, I'd make use of these items to........NGE
