Beautiful coin....Mine is not that nice... :( but i guess i can find a better one...I will begin my search tomorrow...if it takes me months of T-hunting EVERY day i will find one!!! HEHE (sshhh dont tell my wife...It can be our lil secret).

From what I've seen, outraged, you've probably got a few dozen in that yard of yours.
 

very nice shape --1944 san franciso (s- mint mark) made after the us regained control of the phillipines --it may have been brought to the phillipines by us troops 1944--at the 2 peso's equals 1 us dollars exchange rate of the day and each peso being equal to 100 centavos --50 centavos is equal to a us quarter--worth a couple bucks ($2) because they did not suffer the great loss by dumping like the pre 1941 coins so there still a fair number of them around which keeps the value down a bit---its value is mainly its silver content ---your is in very nice shape red book EF 40 in my veiw. --very nice --Ivan
