Another Trench Art Piece,..Need help ID'ing french coins

Here is a really cool trench art lighter. It has three coins that I'd like ID'd.
This is not mine, but belongs to a customer who I had shown my letter opener to.
I couldn't get him to part with it, so I told him I'd try to find out about the coins.
There is one coin where the striker and wick is, it kind of hard to see.

Second pic looks like a 10 Centimes French 'Republique' coin. If so, the coin would have a diameter of 30 mm.

Your first pic might also be a 10 centimes coin but of a smaller diameter--like 22 mm as shown here:
