Another strange object

Hello,

I found this object recently and have been scratching my head about it. I am looking for any ideas or leads that might help me identify what it is and where it came from.

On one side there is a huge governmental building depicted. It is rather easy to see in the photo so I did not highlight it. The reverse is harder to see in the photo but it is clear in the hand. It shows 3 sailing vessels sailing away. I have highlighted the details visible in the photo to help you see it better.

The dimensions of this object are precisly 20 by 30 mm and it weighs 4.8 grams.

It reminds me of the 1876 centenial.

Offhand, I'm not sure which expo it's from, but these are definitely segments from a souvenir watch fob.

Wow, you guys are good. I think you nailed it on the nose. I have thumbed through some photos and cannot find the exact building, but my the looks of things this was definatly part of a souvineer watch fob. Thank you for the ID, you guys are top notch.
