Lunch break hunt , found an interesting pin or tie down stake and this little on/off button, it's got native arrows for the direction which I think is unique

More I've examined the iron piece it might be a homemade drill bit or awl like tool

Interesting piece. Those ON OFF arrow directions are backwards from typical. It might have left hand threads inside.
