so I went back to englewood twice this week to this park that has been giving up silver for the last two weeks . Both hunts were sorta short about an hour and a half each..

second hunt (today) I found 3 mercs like 10 minutes after I got there in the same hole at about 3 inches or less..the machine was telling me it was a wheati pretty weak signal for 3 mercs. years 1936 1939 and 1943.
within the next hour I found a 1961 rosie and a 1917 merc (missed it by a year) and then decided to leave save some for next time!
5 silver in an hour= happy

Thanks for looking!

Wow, great results. Looks like you found a great spot to hunt.

Congrats on the big silver... and the silver spill. Great finds.

If I ever found 3 mercs in one hole- I'd be using some colorful language indeed ! Great finds !!!

Nice! I got my first 3 silver dime spill this year too--same house I found the CT copper at--two Mercs and a Rosie. Although I was looking for older stuff -- it was fun to find 3 silvers in just a few minutes :) :icon_thumleft:

very nice finds on what sounds like virgin ground. hit the heck out of that place low n slow!!

Great hunts, man! That silver half is a beauty. :)

Like the others said, take your time with it and pound the hell out of it!:hello2:

Nice finds! Talking about a shorter hunt. I don't think I have had a short hunt in a while! Always think im going to be gone for an hour and a half. 3 hours later i am still swinging and having a blast lol
