Found this in my yard years ago, never known what to think of it. its about an inch and a half, made in two pieces of stamped metal. leading me to think it was double sided even though the central picture is one sided.

either im serving up softballs or you guys are on point latey. great id that's exactly it... now does anybody know anything about Mar Jean? or how old it may be

My Dad used to accuse me of driving like Barney Oldfield. Look closer on the item found at what is above the car.

From what I can find on the web, MAR toys were made by the Marx toy company which was founded in 1919.

beachy oldfield must be what its depicting, gives my little trinket a great back story, great find Charlie P, I found mar and Marx Linked too but with Jan included I was wondering if MArx Rebranded or formed a partnership where they briefly shared a name... heres a theory the smaller dial on the watch face is stopped at 14 seconds, 1914 was the year they had their show, maybe the larger clock face has a purpose too vintage-tin-toy-pocket-watch-race-car_1_790aed219439e756d90998806ebe57fa a.jpg

Found this :

" Mr. Mealy, one of the owners, has named it "Mar-Jean" after his two little daughters, Marjory and Jean. "
