When it deems you worthy enough to actually bestow an old coin on ya, it's usually a nice one. Or, was. ;)

Today, I found the grand total of ONE penny. BUT, it was an Indian Head cent. 190? and plenty toasted!

I'd post a pic but I'm trying to forget this day too. ;)

Besides, if you look up the last 190? cent found on here, you'll see one in MUCH better shape than mine.

Oh I'm not unhappy at all! I appreciate just being able to hunt. Just playing around with a relic site and learning, that's all.
Helps me understand other hunting better. I know there weren't a whole lot of people who actually found an Indianhead cent today. ;)
