Went out after work for a 3 hour hunt.

Ended up with one copper and one Phillip V half real cob. 1.5 grams.

I like the front of this cob. The crown shows up good.

The copper is a toasty Colonies Francois.
I have really been hoping to dig a nice one from this site, but it just doesn't want to happen for me. Probably never get that green verdigris off.

Also dug a few other items, but I'm too tired to take pics.

Awesome finds! It seems everyone is finding French coppers except me...lol..never got one in North America, only silvers. Big congratulations! I would be super excited!

Remarkable all these cobs your pulling. Nice French copper too. Are you hunting very near the river? You must be where there was easy access to big water?
