Ullr - Apparently is the Norse snow God.

I'm thinking this is a zipper pull from a ski equipment/clothing manufacturer.  ?

The three crowns thing is a Swedish deal...

P & M?  No clue...

Some type of modern "ullr" pendant. Here the link to wiki info.

Could be a zipper pull from some type of outdoor clothing line associated
with skiing etc, or awarded from a ski club or school, hard to say.

Do I see Italy under the shield on the left picture?

There is a ULLR ski lodge in Italy. And like Montana Jim says the CROWS land there when ski season begins.

it could be something to do with the god Ullr in Germanic paganism. he is considered the "ski god". there is a picture of him with skis on sorta similar to the one on the thing you found.
