Another one found by the same friend at a old home site

Not much to go on with this one but if anyone can do it you guys can. I’m thinking probably a token but I guess it could be a coin. It is the size of a large cent. I know there is not much detail left but one side has a date, 1862 with a line under it. Above the date is a word, possibly a name that starts RO. The other side is even worse but he says it has a eagle with upraised wings. You can see the tip of the wings at the 10 and 2 o’clock positions. Thanks for the past help and any help you can give us with this one.
