I got so much awesome help with the last one I'm hoping I get some ideas on this one too. I don't even know if this one is old or more modern and there's no markings besides china and stainless. I was also wondering the value on it if possible. Thanks to everyone!! :-)

It's modern. Those sword canes aren't really worth much, you can find them at pretty much any flea market. They generally sell in the 30$ range last I knew.

Not old I'm guessing made within the last 10 years, these used to sell at flea markets and Gift shops along with all the other cheap fantasy knives. Good news is you have a lot of wannabe Ninjas out there who love these kind of things, ask $30 if they offer $20 take it. They call them escrima sticks, the knives were just a added as a selling feature.

On the down side, a lot of law enforcement agencies consider cane and double edged blades and other knives illegal. Be very careful who you show them to.
