Found this near a lake during lunch. Anyone got any ideas? I thought maybe a magnify glass handle or something.

Material: brass
Length: 2.75" (70mm) (not including the threads)
Width: 0.4" (10mm) Hexagon (6 sides)

I think that is ezactly what it is. Good find. :icon_pirat:

I think it might be the handle to a brass razor (double sided blade) that screwed together. I had one similar to that when I was in the USAF.

I found the exact same thing this weekend at a house site from 1880-1950. All my other finds from there where wheaties and a horse rein guide and a car emblem from 1927. I guess thats the time period for what ever it is. HH!

Handle to a razor.
