Another little hunt

Well, just thought I'd throw up a few more pics. Went out to the Berg again and worked real hard for a merc. Got a decent amount of wheats, including a 1910 and a nice marble with lots of little bubbles in it. Also this tag with 89 stamped onto it...possibly a cattle tag? This place goes back to the early/mid 1800s so who knows. There's a reeded cut along the perimeter of the tag.

It's a pulltab with a root grown through it. And over it in some parts. lol

Your green thing is a clip on earing. That attachment on the back has a little spring loaded piece that holds it on a non-pierced ear.

Wish you Dan or your pops was there. Would have been cool to have a partner to hunt with. I went solo on that hunt. Maybe I will see you guys next yr. I don't make it every yr myself. It was a decent site. I worked it hard. Passed over some goodies but got a good bit of goodies also. Lots of clad at the place like usual.
