Hello everyone, (1-25-12)
Al here. I went out today with a friend to one of my favorite fields for a short hunt. My friend pulled a wheat cent and I had a button to start things off. Nothing else was showing up though so we decided to do a few more strips of the field and then call it a day. I started my last stretch on the southern end of the field which was still frozen thanks to trees blocking the sunlight. As I started up a small hill, I got a loud and strong 81-82 on my Garrett AT Pro. After digging through about 4 or 5 inches of frozen earth, he decided to show his face again after over 230 years! A worn, 1770's King George III Half Penny. This is going to be a great year!
