I'm not sure what is it made out of, Crusader. Any way to test to see if it is silver?

If I had a better photo, I would be more sure.

But, if you want to do a search for 'silver testing kit', they are pretty cheap.

It looks like the top seal of a small bottle with a strip torn out to break the seal.
Like what I've seen on medical bottles.
