found this as well no marks on it. was thinking it was a hair clip but have a hard time imaging a women trying to get her hair thru the clip on the back it's pretty tough. Thanks in advance

Was thinking that myself my son is joining the scouts this year for the 1st time. 1st time I recall seeing one in person. Just needed somebody to confirm it for me.
