Del Phi could be Delta Phi, probably a college fraternity. The triangle, a "delta", seems to indicate this.

Or a souvenir pin from Delphi, Greece. Frat or sorority pin would have been my first guess as well, but I can't find one that used the greek architecture inside a triangle as a logo.
