another federal note bond but different from fraudalent notes-SOLVED

these federal reserve note is different from recently discovered fraudalent bonds because it comes complete with certificates and were indeed very old papers.each paper is thick and somewhat greasy,sort of,i dont know.but its a good keepsake and collection.
they claim that this bond was from the former president and dictator Ferdinand Marcos of the philippines.everyone knows his illgotten wealth and tons of gold.a less than half billion dollars is still in the world bank and is freezed by the government.
