Another Electrolysis Question
Well I've done it before and it worked fine. This time though I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I 've got it on a phone charger and also was using one of those digital battery chargers. I know those arnt the best to use, but in the past it has served its purpose. Anyways the phone charger is Input : 13 amps and Output" 7.2 v. Well the problem is no matter what I connect it to only the clip will sizzle. It is connected right however as just the iron object clip is sizzling. But the last time the whole iron piece that I did was sizzling. Sure it works slowly but there is still something wrong. Any ideas? I'm using regular water, it did the same thing in distilled. Also using baking soda. I was using this on a broad axe and it half way worked in getting stuff off. I put a small nail on it to see if it was the size of the object and it wouldn't sizzle either. thanks...
Update,,, I'm thinking I might be having a connection problem. I took another find today and took a brass brush to first. Then put it in there and it sizzled right up. That might be it.
