Started out really, and i mean really slow, hunted for a few hours. At the begining, all i was getting was trash, got frustrated ::)
So I moved spots on the property. Got a few cool things I thought I would share.
a part of a ?spoon?
a tag, S.W.G 92 7 tag (please help ID)
and another lead bar, same shape as the last one, just smaller.
Thanks for looking

*UPDATE* the "tag" has been ID'ed
the spoon bowl, silver plated ;D pics down at a lower post
anyone have an idea on the age of the spoon?

The tag was well over 6" but the others were about 6, maybe alittle over

Re: Another day at the tavern

Also the long tag going accross the tag, its supposed to be strait, its bent. just thought that may help with the ID ???

Re: Another day at the tavern

Looks like a counterfeit fork to me.

Re: Another day at the tavern

this may help, its the ?tag? from one side view, but all of the bent parts should be strait, just throwing that out there, maybe it will help

I didn't see where you said what the tag was, so I'll chime in. That "tag" is part of a door lock, the type that is found on interior doors of many houses 1880-1930. I have indicated the part of the lock that it is on these pictures.
