I did a short hunt this morning on a new yard, old house, old town. I found a nice old button, sorry my phone cam won't do it justice, I'll post some pix in a little while when I pick up my son. Also found one wheat penny 1955.

There you go VP Navy(I'm glad you like it, I do. Your a nice man), I'm hoping you guys might have a way of ID ing this button? From what I have seen so far on the site these buttons are a dime a dozen. Everyone I have found amazes me, this one I like extra, I guess because the letter P is the same as my last name. I always hope its some special rare button of George Washington's or something crazy like that. Can't help it, it is all very exciting for me.
 

Maybe flying cross uniform button. I found one when I first started detecting and always thought that's what is was. Try a google search
