✅ SOLVED Another Artist Help

Signature is covered and hard to make out, hoping someone may know so I don't have to take it apart. Done in 1943 of Minnowburn Bridge Northern Ireland.

Probably George C. McCullough, right time frame painting in Ireland. (See: https://www.askart.com/artist/George_C_McCullough/11322955/George_C_McCullough.aspx ) The image below, from another painting, shows his signature using an open G on Geo, and an almost straight-lined top of the C in McCullough. (The only thing I don't like is the technique of the M in McCullough.) I DO think it's your artist.

It's cool that you found it Don and Red-Coat your are correct. There is a story behind this. One has to register first for these auctions and sometimes when I place a bid it does not accept it for whatever reason. I was bidding on another painting and this painting had a high bid of 5 bucks so I placed a bid of $7.50 to make sure it was accepted and my thinking was that I would get outbid and that is what I was trying for. Well as luck would have it no else bid so I ended up a win for $7.50.
